Here are all the details for the Key Thinkers Scholarship:
- $1000 award
- Offered twice a year
- Open to full-time students at a post-secondary institution (An accredited college, university, or trade school, in the United States.)
- College-bound high school seniors may also apply
- Students must be at least 18
- G.P.A. requirement is 3.0 and above
- Open to students in all majors
- NO financial need requirement
- NO letters of recommendation required
- Deadlines: March 31 and September 30
Essay Prompt (500 to 750 words)
What does financial responsibility mean to you and what steps should students take to plan their budget?
WINNING TIPS: Students need to think about how they have been fiscally responsible and share a personal story with concrete examples. This is a two-part essay question, so both parts need to be answered with specific steps and an action plan when it comes to budgeting.
