Many students with a business major are searching for scholarships. Here is a nice list!
Remember though, it is not IF students apply, but HOW they apply that makes the most difference in who wins scholarships.
College is expensive and scholarships can be a true blessing for families not receiving financial aid. Open to U.S. undergraduate applicants seeking a degree in business, communications, marketing, management or related field.
Deadline: April 1
Shape the Future Scholarship Program
Amount: $2500
Open to full-time college students who have a passion for travel and business, as well as a minimum 2.0 GPA.
Deadlines: January 1 and June 30
The Jack Abramoff Family Scholarship
Amount: $500
Open to any student who is currently attending or has plans to attend an accredited US college or university in these eligible programs: Business, Healthcare & Medicine, Social Sciences, Psychology, Biology & Biomedical Sciences, Engineering, Data Analytics, Education & Teaching, IT & Computer Science, and Liberal Arts & Communication.
Deadline: June 30

Open to students who are studying Insurance/Compliance/Risk Management, Finance/Accounting/Actuarial Science, Business Information, or Information Technology.

AX Control, Inc. Academic Scholarship
Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of the application deadline, who are or will be enrolled at least part-time at an accredited college or university. AX Control, Inc. is awarding a scholarship to one lucky student who best exemplifies his or her passion for our nation’s small businesses through creating a well-researched essay. This should be based on a personal account of a small business that has impacted his/her life, or of an ambition he/she may have to establish their own business.

The Shred Nations and Record Nations Scholarship
Amount: $7500
Open to students who have completed secondary school, or currently are a senior in a secondary school (High school). Students must also have a minimum GPA of 3.0 with an interest in business, environmental studies, document management, or the shredding and recycling industry.
Deadline: February 8

Open to high school seniors and college undergraduate students who major (or plan to major) in a field related to digital marketing. (business, tech, marketing or communications degree)

Open to students who identify as female and are currently enrolled at an accredited U.S. university or college, either full-time or part-time. Applicants must be undergraduate juniors or seniors, or enrolled in graduate studies. The focus of this scholarship is international trade.

TechChecks Business Leadership Scholarship
Amount: $500-$1000
Open to high school seniors or college students pursuing a degree in Business Administration, or another business-related field. Preference will be given to applicants who are female, have a disability, or belong to one of the following minority groups: Hispanic/Latino, African American, Asian American/Pacific Islander, Native American/American Indian (must be able to provide proof of membership to a tribe).
Deadline: June 15

Open to current high school seniors or college freshmen, sophomores, and juniors who are between the ages of 16 and 25 or graduating high school.
Deadlines: February 15, April 15, August 15, and November 15.
Double A Solutions Annual Scholarship
Amount: $1000
Open to high school seniors and current college students in the U.S. and Canada.
Deadline: July 1
Millennial Scholarship Program
Amount: $1000
Open to US citizens currently enrolled full-time, at an accredited American university or college with a course of study in business, technology, engineering, or finance.
Deadlines: June 1 and October 1
Blacks at Microsoft Scholarship
Amount: (4) $20,000, (8) $10,000, (15) $1000
Open to students who are US-based high school seniors of African descent (for example, African American, African, Ethiopian, etc.). They must plan to attend a four-year college or university in the US in the fall immediately following high school graduation and plan to pursue a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, computer information systems, or select business programs (such as finance, business administration, or marketing).
Deadline: March 31
Amount: $3000 to $10,000
Open to students majoring in accounting or an accounting-related major.
Deadline: March 1 (Extended to March 15 for 2022)
