COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS WITH DEADLINES IN APRIL
Open to college-bound high school seniors and current college students.
Amount: $1000
Deadline: April 1
Open to all high school seniors in the United States who will be attending college in 2023 (community college or a 4-year university)
Amount: $1500
Deadline: April 1
Lockheed Martin STEM Scholarship
Open to current high school seniors with a cumulative 2.5 or above GPA, or current college freshmen, sophomores, or juniors with a cumulative 2.5 or above GPA. Students must be planning to enroll or be already enrolled full-time at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S. (Majoring or planning to major in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electrical, and Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.) Students must show demonstrated financial need.

Project Yellow Light Video and Radio Scholarships
Open to high school juniors and seniors between the ages of 14 and 20 who will complete graduation requirements by or before July 31, 2023 or 2024, and undergraduate college students between the ages of 15 and 25. The winning applicants will receive a scholarship toward the school of their choice (college, university, junior college, or technical school) or associated school fees.
Award Amount: $8000, $2000

Open to current high school seniors (Class of 2023) in the United States OR students who are enrolled in a college or university in the United States as a freshman, sophomore, or junior. Students must be enrolled in a U.S. college for the Spring 2023 semester.

National High School Essay Contest
Amount: $2,500 cash prize, an all-expense-paid trip to Washington, D.C. to meet U.S. Department of State and USIP leadership, and a full-tuition paid voyage with Semester at Sea upon the student’s enrollment at an accredited university. The runner-up receives a $1,250 cash prize and a full scholarship to participate in the International Diplomacy Program of the National Student Leadership Conference.
Open to U.S. students in grades 9-12.
