International Documentary Photography Scholarship
Award Amount: $1000
Open to current college and graduate school students, regardless of degree major, gender, ethnic background, or country of residence.
Deadline: January 1
Award Amount: $3000
Open to undergraduates currently enrolled in accredited universities within the United States and Canada and high school seniors who have been accepted into a university program for the Spring semester of 2023. (Especially medical, culinary, and aesthetics courses.)
Deadline: January 4
Award Amount: $1500
Open to any current, full-time student at an accredited two-year or four-year American university or college.
Deadline: January 5 (and August 15)
Young Filmmakers Scholarship Contest
Award Amounts: $100 to $1000 in several categories
Open to students from 3rd grade to college postgraduates.
Deadline: January 5 (Changed to June 25 for 2023)
GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship
Award Amount: $10,000 (Renewable)
Open to U.S. high school seniors. Applicants living on a U.S. Armed Forces base and attending high school outside the U.S. are eligible.
Deadline: January 5
Diller Teen Tikkun Olam Awards
Award Amount: Up to (15) $36,000
Open to U.S. Jewish teens ages 13-19 who have served in a leadership role on a project aimed at repairing the world.
Deadline: January 5
Award Amount: $1000
Open to current college students.

Open to any US resident or student visa holder aged 18 or above. They must also be enrolled in any undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited US college or university.

Profile in Courage Scholarship
Award Amounts: (1) $10,000 (1) $3000 (5) $1000 (8) $100
Open to United States high school students in grades nine through twelve attending public, private, parochial, or home schools; U.S. students under the age of twenty enrolled in a high school correspondence/GED program in any of the fifty states, the District of Columbia, or the U.S. territories; and U.S. citizens attending schools overseas.
Deadline: January 13
Blaze Your Own Trail Scholarship
Award Amount: $1000
Open to current high school seniors, undergraduates, or graduate students who are ages 17 and older. (Note: students may apply during a gap year as long as they will attend a program in 2023.)
Deadline: January 14 (December 10 for 2022)
Award Amount: $1000
Open to any student currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in the United States. This includes students that have been accepted and have committed to attend a specific college or university next semester.
Deadline: January 15 (and September 15)
Employment BOOST College Scholarships
Award Amount: (2) $1000
Open to graduating high school students and students currently attending college.
Deadline: This organization accepts scholarship applications year-round, on a rolling basis.
Mensa Foundation Scholarship Program
Award Amount: Varies
Open to students who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents and who will be enrolled in accredited colleges for the following academic year.
Deadline: January 15
Discover the Difference Trial Pro Scholarship
Award Amount: $5000
Open to students who are in the United States and currently enrolled full-time in high school, full-time in college, or in an accredited university.
Deadline: January 15 (March 20 for 2023)
Award Amount: $1000
Students must be enrolled, or due to be enrolled, as full-time undergraduate or graduate students at an accredited US college or university for the semester, they are applying to receive the scholarship.

Open to U.S. students who are “out” as a person who identifies as a member of the LGBTQ community.

Amazon Future Engineer Scholarship
Award Amount: $40,000
Students must be high school seniors in the U.S. who are currently enrolled in or who have completed a high school or college dual degree course where computer science, engineering, or robotics is the subject. Students who have not taken this course can opt-in to take an assessment offered by Amazon.
Deadline: January 20 (Extended to January 27 for 2023)

Technology Awareness Scholarship
Award Amount: $1000
Open to high school freshman, sophomores, juniors, or seniors, or current or entering college or graduate school students of any level. Homeschooled students are also eligible. There is no age limit. You must also be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
Deadline: January 30
Award Amount: (20) $20,000
Open to college-bound U.S. high school seniors who are committed to sports in some way. Students do not have to be planning on playing sports in college to apply.
