Award Amount:  $1500

Open to any current, full-time student at an accredited two-year or four-year American university or college.

Deadline:  January 5

Young Filmmakers Scholarship Contest

Award Amounts:  $100 to $1000 in several categories

Open to students from 3rd grade to college postgraduates.

Deadline:  January 5

GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship

Award Amount:  $10,000 (Renewable)

Open to U.S. high school seniors.

Deadline:  January 6

Diller Teen Tikkun Olam Awards

Award Amount:  Up to (15) $36,000

Open to U.S. Jewish teens ages 13-19 who have served in a leadership role on a project aimed at repairing the world.

Deadline:  January 7

Ron Brown Scholarship Program

Award Amount:  (45) $40,000

Open to students who are Black/African Americans, US citizens or permanent residents, and current high school seniors at the time of their application.

Deadline:  January 9

Alert1 Student for Seniors Scholarship

Award Amount:  $500

Open to high school or college students attending an accredited U.S. college or university in 2023.

Deadline:  January 10

Taco Bell Scholarship

Award Amounts:  100 awards available, ranging from $2500 to $25,000

Open to students (ages 16-26) who are passionate about creating a better future and making a positive impact on their community. This is not needs or achievement-based; it is a passion-based scholarship program.

Deadline:  January 11

Profile in Courage Scholarship

Award Amounts:  (1) $10,000 (1) $3000 (5) $1000 (8) $100

Open to United States high school students in grades nine through twelve attending public, private, parochial, or home schools; U.S. students under the age of twenty enrolled in a high school correspondence/GED program in any of the fifty states, the District of Columbia, or the U.S. territories; and U.S. citizens attending schools overseas.

Deadline:  January 14

Blaze Your Own Trail Scholarship

Award Amount:  $1000

Open to current high school seniors, undergraduates, or graduate students who are ages 17 and older.

Deadline:  January 14

Glotzer & Leib Scholarship

Award Amount:  $1000

Open to any student currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in the United States. This includes students that have been accepted and have committed to attend a specific college or university next semester.

Deadline:  January 15

Employment BOOST College Scholarships

Award Amount:  (2) $1000

Open to graduating high school students and students currently attending college.

Deadline:  This organization accepts scholarship applications year-round, on a rolling basis.

The May Firm Scholarship

Award Amount:  $1000

Open to current college students.

Deadline:  January 15 (and September 15)

Mensa Foundation Scholarship Program

Award Amount:  Varies

Open to students who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents and who will be enrolled in accredited colleges for the following academic year.

Open to students who are enrolled in and attending undergraduate or graduate college classes, full or part-time, between September 2021 and February 2022.

Deadline:  January 16

Innovation in Education College Scholarship

Award Amount:  $500

Open to U.S. or Canadian students currently enrolled as a high school or college/university student.

Deadline:  January 20

Point Foundation Scholarships

Award Amount:  Varies

Open to U.S. students who are “out” as a person who identifies as a member of the LGBTQ community.

Deadline:  January 23

Amazon Future Engineer Scholarship

Award Amount:  $40,000

Open to high school seniors in the U.S. who have completed or are currently enrolled in a computer science course – dual enrollment courses also count! If you haven’t taken a formal computer science course but have learned on your own, you can opt in to take a brief assessment instead.

Deadline:  January 25

My oldest 2 both got $ back last semester due to scholarships. My daughter has all 4 years covered full ride and my son is about $1500 away from having his sophomore year full ride as well. Technology Awareness Scholarship

Award Amount:  $1000

Open to high school freshman, sophomores, juniors, or seniors, or current or entering college or graduate school students of any level. Homeschooled students are also eligible. There is no age limit. You must also be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.

Deadline:  January 30

Prayer Soup Scholarship (on hold for 2022)

Award Amounts:  (3) $2500, (2) $1000

Open to high school seniors.

Deadline:  January 31

I Have a Dream Scholarship

Award Amount:  $1500

Open to U.S. students who are 14 years of age or older at the time of application.

Deadline:  January 31

Open to middle and high school students.
