They do! The Red Vines Scholarship is for artistic students. (Unlike me who struggles with stick figures) You actually draw a picture that includes the “Red Vines” logo somewhere in it and mail in your drawing.
NO essay, NO long forms to fill out (just a short one), NO problem!!!
