September Scholarships 2023
September scholarships are incredible because many students are not thinking about applying yet, so there is less competition and a higher chance of winning for SMART students!
How was your summer? Did you or your student apply for scholarships?
Unfortunately, most students going back to school in the fall will not be thinking about applying for September scholarships.
Fortunately, if you are reading this, you are one of the SMART ones who is thinking ahead of the pack, and just by applying for these September scholarships will have a greater chance of winning!
Here’s the thing, though, simply filling out an application and firing off an essay is not enough to get the attention of the judges.
Students need to learn how to apply SMART, and that’s how all three of my boys won so many scholarships.

If a scholarship is open multiple times a year, can my child submit the same essay?
Hi Christine, technically they can, but if the essay was not selected the first time, it needs to be redone because it was not what the judges were looking for.
